Hello! My name is Ember Swearingen. I am a proud wife and mother living a vibrant and full life with my wonderful husband of 18 years and our four amazing children. We are an active, outdoor family, enjoying activities and spending time together. There are no dull moments in my house, and I wouldn't have it any other way!
In addition to being a dedicated wife and mom, I have a passion for helping others. I have been in the social services field for many years, helping others navigate their lives. Hypnotherapy has been a passion of mine since I was a young teen, and I've used it in many aspects of my own life, and I am excited to share this exciting therapy to others so they too can experience powerful growth and self-improvement.
I am a professional hypnotherapist attending HMI, America’s first nationally accredited college of hypnotherapy, completing the rigorous Clinical Hypnotherapy and Internship Program. I am certified with the American Hypnosis Association, Certification Number: 007151.
I graduated from the University of Idaho with a BA in Psychology.
I have a virtual private practice assisting clients in achieving their personal goals in self-improvement and self-development in areas such as sports performance, habit modification, stress reduction, test anxieties, study habits, public speaking, increasing self-confidence and self-esteem, and improving sleep.
